happy st. patrick's day!!!!

just got back from trish & joe's party. ed was there!! it was good to see him again after 4 months. and he seems so happy with his girlfriend. i'm glad for him.

i brought the ingredients for what josh & i think should be the official st. paddy's day drink, our standard the melon ball, because it's so perfectly green. josh mixed the drinks--he's gotten very good at it since he finished that entire bottle of midori & vodka i got him in january. everybody liked it except becca who said it tasted like medicine. i don't know what brand cough syrup she's been taking, but i'd like some too because it must be extremely yummy. we took to calling it medicine ball by the end of the evening.

i am going to exercise selfrestraint and go to bed instead of uploading all my pictures from the party.

p.s. i saw the moon tonight! she was just a tiny sliver, like an eyeless smiling face. i felt much better and was SO happy to greet the moon tonite!
